                            Tuna Salad Casserole

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    2      7 oz cans     tuna in oil -- drained and flaked
    1      10.75 oz can  cream of celery soup
    3                    hard-boiled eggs -- chopped
    1 1/2  cups          diced celery
      1/2  cup           mayonnaise
      1/4  teaspoon      pepper
    1 1/2  cups          crushed potato chips
 
 Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the crushed potatoe chips; stir well.
   Pour into greased Crock-Pot.  Top with reserved potato chips.  Cover and cook
  on Low for 5 to 8 hours.
 
 Serves 4
