                          Swiss Chicken Casserole

    6                    boned and skinned chicken breasts
    6      4x4 slices   Swiss cheese
    1      10.75 oz can  cream of mushroom soup -- undiluted
      1/4  cup           milk
    2      cups          herb-seasoned stuffing cubes
      1/2  cup           butter or margarine -- melted
 
 Spray Crock-Pot with cooking spray.  Arrange chicken breasts in Crock-Pot.  Top
  with cheese, layering cheese if necessary.  Combin soup and milk; stir well.  
 Spoon over cheese; sprinkle with stuffing mix.  Drizzle melted margarine over s
 tuffing mix.  Cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or on High 4 to 6 hours.  Serves 6
