                             Spinach Beef Bake

    1      pound         ground beef
    1      jar           sliced mushrooms , drained (4 1/2 oz.)
    1      medium        onion -- chopped
    2      cloves        garlic -- minced
    1 1/2  teaspoons     dried oregano
    1 1/4  teaspoons     salt
      1/4  teaspoon      pepper
    2      packages      frozen chopped spinach,  (10 oz. Each) -- thawed and  d
 rained
    1      can           cream of celery soup -- undiluted
    1      cup           sour cream
    1      cup           uncooked long grain rice
    1      cup           mozzarella cheese -- shredded
 
 In a skillet, brown beef; drain.  Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, oregano, salt a
 nd pepper.  Add spinach, soup, sour cream and rice; mix well.  Transfer to a gr
 eased 2-1/2 qt. baking dish.  Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.  Cover and bake 
 at 350F for 45-50 minutes or until the rice is tender.
