                              Salmon Casserole

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1      1 Lb Can      Red Salmon
    1      C             Clam Chowder
    1                    Egg
      1/2  Tsp           Salt
           Ds            Black Pepper
    1      C             Corn Flakes
 
 Remove skin and bones from salmon.  Mix ingredients.  Sprinkle
 additional buttered corn flakes on top.  Bake in buttered casserole for
 30 minutes at 400°.
