    2      pounds        Boneless fish fillets -- cut into 1-inch cube
    1      pound         Shelled shrimp
    1 1/2  pounds        Scallops
    2      cups          Shucked clams
    2      cans          tomatoes -- (1 lb each)
    1      cup           White wine
    1      cup           Chopped onion
    1      cup           Chopped celery
      1/2  cup           Olive oil
 
 Place all ingredients in slow cooking pot: stir to blend and cover. Cook  
 on low about 3 hours. Ladle into soup bowls to serve. Makes 6 to 8
