   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 --------  ------------  --------------------------------
    8      ounces        small shells (cooked)
    8      ounces        mozzarella cheese
    8      ounces        provolone cheese
    1      pound         hamburger -- cooked
    1      can           mushroom
    1      pint          sour cream
    1      quart         sauce
 
 Mix sauce, hamburg, shells and mushrooms together.  Put 1/2 in crock pot, pour 
 sour cream over this and sliced provolone; now rest of sauce mixture, sliced (o
 r shredded) mozzarella on top.  Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
 
 NOTE:  This is excellent, great for parties!!!! I have a large crockpot and usu
 ally double this recipe and it fits fine.
