                        Cheesey Turkey Cottage Fries

    3      cups          frozen cottage-style potatoes (up to 4 c)
    1      cup           pasteurized process cheese product
    2      cups          cubed, cooked turkey
    1      2 oz jar      diced pimiento -- drained
    2      cups          frozen cut broccoli -- thawed and drained
 
 Spray inside of Crock with cooking spray.  Place potatoes in layer in bottom of
  Crock-Pot.  Stir in remaining ingredients together and pour over potatoes.  Co
 ok on Low 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours.
 Serves 4 (1 cup servings)
