                       Crock Pot Meatballs with Gravy

    1 1/2  pounds        ground beef
    2      tablespoons   chopped parsley falkes
    1      teaspoon      onion salt
      1/4  teaspoon      garlic powder
      1/4  cup           pread crumbs
      1/4  cup           milk
    1                    egg
    2      packages      brown gravy mix
                         hot fluffly rice
 
 serves 6
 
 Combine first 7 ingredients to make 1 inch meatballs.  Brown in a skillet.  Dra
 in fat.  Place in a Crock-Pot. Cover.  Cook on Low for 3 to 4 hours or can be k
 ept on all day.  When ready to serve prepare gravy mix as directed on the packa
 ge and pour into meatballs. Stir.  Serve over rice.
