       Title: CRUSTLESS POTATO QUICHE

       Yield: 6 servings
  
       5    Eggs, beaten
       3 c  Frozen hash-brown potatoes
            -from 26 oz pkg, thawed
       4 oz (1 cup) shredded cheddar
     1/2 c  Cottage cheese
       1    Green onion, chopped
     1/4 ts Salt
     1/8 ts Seasoned pepper
            Dash hot pepper sauce
            Dash paprika
       6 sl Turkey bacon, crisp&crumbled
  
   Heat oven to 350F. Crease a 9 inch pie pan. In a large
   bowl, combine all ingredients except paprika and
   bacon. Mix well. Pour into greased pan, sprinkle with
   paprika.
   
   Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until set. Sprinkle
   with bacon, bake an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 5
   minutes before serving
