                          SHEPHERD'S PIE (JOYCE'S)

    1       sm           Onion
    1       md           Carrot chopped
    1       tb           Vegetable oil
    2       lb           Ground beef
      1/4   c            Flour
      1/4   c            Oatmeal
    1                    Garlic to taste
    1       t            Worcestershire sauce
    1                    Beef bouillon cube
    6       oz           Hot water
 
   Saute onions and carrots in vegetable oil. Add the ground beef and
   brown and then drain off excess grease.Add the flour and oatmeal, garlic,
   worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste.Put the bouillon cube in the hot
   water, stir to-gether and add to beef. Put beef in a baking dish and top
   with whipped potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika and bake in 325 oven 25 -30
