                             Fiddlehead Quiche

    1                    pie crust -- uncooked
   10      milliliters   flour
    3      each          eggs
  250      milliliters   fiddleheads
  250      milliliters   chopped mushrooms -- fresh
  250      milliliters   cheddar cheese -- grated
   25      milliliters   green onions
  150      milliliters   milk
    3                    strip bacon -- cooked crisp
                         salt
                         pepper
                         paprika
 
 Sprinkle pie shell with flour.  Beat the eggs.  Add milk, cheese,
 fiddleheads, mushrooms, green onions and seasonings.  Pour into pie
 shell.  Top with crumbled bacon. Bake at 190 C for 35 to 40 min or
 until the top is golden brown.
