       Yield: 8 servings
       3 ea Zucchini, small
     1/2 c  Parmesan cheese
       9 ea Egg
     1/2 ts Oregano
       5 tb Butter
     1/4 c  Onion, chopped
     1/4 ts Salt
   1 1/2 c  Milk
     1/2 c  Bisquick
   Cook zucchini and onions in half the butter with
   oregano and salt till tender (about 5 minutes).
   In blender, mix eggs, milk, cheese, bisquick, salt and
   remaining melted butter. Mix well, about two minutes.
   Pour into 13-inch dish or pie plate. Spread zucchini
   all over top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
