    1                    Unbaked Deep-Dish Pie Shell
    1      Can           Tuna Drained And Flaked
    1 1/2  C             Finely Chopped Onion
    1      Pkg           Frozen Peas
    2                    Beaten Eggs
    1      C             Evaporated Milk
    1      Tbsp          Lemon Juice
    1      Tsp           Chopped Chives
                         Garlic Salt To Taste
                         Salt To Taste
                         Pepper To Taste
    1 1/2  C             Shredded Swiss Cheese
 
 Pierce bottom and sides of pie shell with fork.  Bake at 450 for 5 minutes.
 Layer tuna, cheese, peas and onion in pie shell. Beat eggs, evaporated milk, le
 mon juice, chives and seasonings. Reduce temperature to 350 .  Bake for 12 minu
 tes longer or until golden brown.
