                            Greek Spinach Quiche

                         Pie crust for 9-inch pan
    1      package       frozen spinach -- (10 oz.)
    1      cup           milk
    1 1/2  cups          crumbled Feta cheese
    3                    eggs -- beaten
      1/4  cup           butter -- melted
    4      tablespoons   grated Romano cheese
    2      tablespoons   flour
      1/2  teaspoon      pepper
      1/4  teaspoon      salt
    2      teaspoons     nutmeg
 
 Line a 9-inch quiche dish with pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 minutes. Re
 move from oven and prick with fork. Bake for 5 minutes. Cook spinach according 
 to package directions; drain well. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in
  a mixing bowl; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared pastry shell. Bake at 350 
 degrees for 35 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes. Recipe from “One Mil
