                         Quiche With Saltine Crust

   36                    saltines -- crushed
    4      Tablespoons   reduced calorie tub margarine
                         --FILLING:--
    5      Ounces        imitation crab or turkey ham -- finely diced
      1/2  Cup           diced onion
    1      Can           mushrooms drained -- liquid reserved (4
                         -- oz.)
   10      Ounces        Swiss cheese -- shredded & divided
      3/4  Cup           egg substitute
      3/4  Cup           Lite“ Sour Cream
 
 Measure 1 cup saltine crumbs; reserve remaining for topping. Mix with melted ma
 rgarine. Pat into bottom and sides of a 10 inch pie plate. Layer crab or ham, o
 nion, mushrooms and 8 ounces of cheese (reserve remaining for top) carefully on
  crust in order listed. Mix eggs, sour cream and mushroom liquid; pour over fil
 ling. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Top with remaining 2 ounces Swiss chees
 e. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes until middle is set. Let cool 10 minut
