                          Vegetable Medley Quiche

    1      Small         Zucchini Sliced -- (About 1Cup)
    1      Small         green pepper cut in strips -- (about 3/4 cup)
    1      Small         red pepper cut in strips -- (about 3/4 cup)
    1      Teaspoon      margarine
    1                    pastry crust -- (9 inch)
    1      Cup           99% Real egg product -- (substitute)
    1      Cup           skim milk
      1/4  Teaspoon      basil leaves
      1/8  Teaspoon      ground black pepper
 
 In skillet, over medium heat, cook zucchini, green pepper and red pepper in mar
 garine until tender crisp, stirring occasionally. Spoon mixture into pastry cru
 st. Mix Egg Beaters, skim milk, basil and pepper; pour over vegetables. Bake at
  375 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out c
