    1      can           Chopped Green Chiles
    1      can           Cream of Mushroom soup -- (or Chicken)
    1      cup           cheese -- grated
    1      pound         ground meat -- browned and drained
    1      package       tortilla chips
 
 Combine beans, chilies and soup in saucepan; heat until warm.
 
 Layer chips, meat, bean mixture, and cheese.  Heat in a 350 degrees oven until 
 cheese melts.
