                            Cheese and Pasta Pie

    6      ozs           spaghetti -- cooked and drained
    1      tsp           vegetable oil
    4                    eggs
    2                    eggs -- beaten
   10      ozs           frozen spinach
      1/2  c             green onions -- thinly sliced
      1/4  c             chopped parsley
    1      tsp           basil
    1      c             Ricotta cheese
      1/2  c             half and half
    1      c             shredded mozzarella cheese
      1/2  tsp           Worcestershire sauce
      1/2  tsp           salt
      1/4  c             grated Parmesan cheese
                         pepper -- to taste
 
 Combine noodles, oil and 2 beaten eggs.  Press on bottom and up sides of 
 10 quiche or pie plate.  Cover edge of pasta with greased foil; bake in 
 a 375A1 oven for 7-10 minutes or until set.  Cook frozen spinach accordi
 ng to box.  Drain well.  Add sliced onion, parsley and basil.  Beat toget
 her ricotta, 4 eggs, and milk; add 1/2 c mozzarella.  Stir in vegetable m
 ixture, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and Parmesan.  Spoon into pasta she
 ll.  Sprinkle remaining mozarella on top.  Bake at 375A1 for 30-35 minut
 es or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.  Let stand 10 min
 utes before serving.
