                             Six-Minute Souffle

    1      Tablespoon    Butter
    4      Whole         Eggs
      1/3  Cup           Heavy Cream
      1/4  Cup           Parmesan Cheese
      3/8  Teaspoon      Mustard
      1/2  Teaspoon      Salt
      1/4  Teaspoon      Pepper
    1      Cup           Cheddar Cheese
    7      Ounces        Cream Cheese -- Softened, Cubed
 
 1. Butter 5-cup souffle dish or other baking dish.
 2. Put eggs, cream, parmesan cheese, mustard, salt and pepper into blender.
 Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
 3. Add cheese while blender is running; blend until smooth.
 4. Add cream cheese, one cube at a time, blending until smooth.
 5. Blend a high speed about 10-15 seconds.
 6. Pour into prepared dish. Bake at 350 degree oven (pre-heated) for 45
 minutes, or until puffy and browned.
 7. Serve immediately.

 summer dinner with a small green salad and crusty French bread.
