                                Pickled Eggs

    1      dozen         eggs -- hard cooked
    2      cans          beets
    1      cup           sugar
    1      cup           vinegar
 
 Add vinegar and sugar to beet juice, heat to boil.
  Place beets and eggs in a large jar and pour beet juice over all. 
 Refrigerate overnight .
