                         BARBECUED MUFFIN MEATBALLS

    6      tablespoons   Brown sugar
      1/2  cup           Catsup
      1/4  teaspoon      Nutmeg
    2      teaspoons     Dry mustard
                         -----MEATBALLS-----
    1      pound         Ground beef
    1      pound         Ground pork
    2                    Eggs
    1 1/2  cups          Seasoned dry bread crumbs
    1      teaspoon      Salt
      1/2  teaspoon      Black pepper
    2      tablespoons   Onion -- chopped fine
 
 Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.
 Combine the meats, eggs, crumbs, salt, pepper, onion and half of sauce; mix
gently until all ingredients are blended. Shape mixture into 12 balls and place
in 3 deep muffin pans. Make a small indentation in each ball and fill with
remaining sauce. Bake at 400~ for 30 minutes.
