   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    2      tablespoons   margarine
    1      medium        onion -- chopped
    1      tablespoon    curry powder
      1/4  cup           flour
      1/2  teaspoon      salt (omit with ham)
    3      cups          cubed cooked meat (turkey, ham, lamb -- or chicken)
    1      cup           plain lowfat yogurt
    1      cup           chicken broth
    1      cup           chopped mixed dried fruit
      1/3  cup           chopped walnuts, pecans or peanuts
                         hot cooked rice
 
 In wok, melt margarine over Med-High heat. Stir-fry onion, garlic and curry
 powder for 5 mins. Add flour and salt (if not using ham).  Add cooked meat
 cubes, yogurt and chicken broth. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly, do
 not bring to hard boil. Cook 
 for 1 minute more. Stir in mixed dried fruits and nuts. Heat thorugh.
 Season to taste. Serve over hot cooked rice.
