                             SPANISH BEEF ROAST

    4       lb           Rolled beef roast
    1       lg           Can whole tomatoes
    1                    Jar Spanish olives w/juice
      1/2   c            Water
 
   Brown the roast in a large pot. Add all ingredients.
   Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer until meat
   falls apart.
