                             Best Ever Meatloaf

    2      pounds        ground beef
      1/2  cup           grated onion
    1      medium        green bell pepper -- chopped
    3                    eggs -- beaten
    1                    hamburger bun -- grated
      1/2  cup           creamy cottage cheese
    1      teaspoon      salt
      1/2  teaspoon      ground black pepper
      1/2  cup           milk
    1      teaspoon      worcestershire sauce
                         *for topping*
    1      teaspoon      dry mustard
      1/3  cup           packed brown sugar
    1      teaspoon      ground nutmeg
      1/2  cup           ketchup
 
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 
 To prepare meatloaf: Combine beef, onions, bell pepper, eggs, grated bun,
 cottage cheese, salt, ground pepper, milk and Worcestershire sauce. Place in
 a 9 by 12 inch baking pan or dish.
 
 For topping: Mix together mustard, brown sugar, nutmet and ketchup; spread
 on top of meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour.
 
 Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
 
 Tester’s note: The unusual ingredients combine for a tasty loaf.
