       Title: MY PRESSURE COOKER POT ROAST

            Pot Roast
    0.50 c  Onion, chopped
    3.00 tb Oil
    1.00 ts Salt
    1.00 c  Tomato juice
    0.25 ts Garlic powder
    0.13 ts Pepper
    0.50 ts Salt
    0.50 c  Celery
    1.00 c  Water
    0.50 ts Worcestershire sauce
 
   brown meat in oil.  Add onion, tomato juice, salt, pepper and garlic
   powder. Stir and pressure cook for 15 minutes per pound. Add 1/2 tsp
   salt, worcestershire saue and water. Pressure cook 15 minutes.
   Thicken sauce and serve.
