       Title: Egg Foo Yung
  Categories: Ground beef, Main dish
       Yield: 1 servings
  
     1/2 lb Ground beef, browned
     3/4 c  Chopped onion
       2 c  Chopped cabbage, or Bean
            Sprouts (canned or fresh)
       6    Beaten eggs
       1 ts Salt
  
   Mix everything (except sauce ingredients) together. Drop by 1/4
   cupfuls into hot, oiled frying pan. Push in as it cooks to form flat
   patties. Brown both sides. Service hot with sauce and rice.
   
   SAUCE:
   In small saucepan mix together:
   1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon corn starch, 2 teaspoons
   sugar, 1/4 teaspoon vinegar, and 1 1/2 cups chicken broth (may use
   water and chicken bouillon). Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
