    0.50 ts Red pepper sauce
    0.13 ts Liquid smoke
    0.50 c  Coarsely chopped onion
    2.00 cl Garlic, crushed
    3.00 lb Beef sirloin steak, 1 1/2 -
            - 2 inches thick
    1.00 ts Salt
    0.50 ts Pepper
 
   Mix all ingredients except steak, salt & pepper; simmer 30 minutes.
