       Title: Lamb Balls And Eggs

     1/2 lb Lamb,                                    Variety of seasonings
            Some Bulgar (cracked wheat)         4    Hardboiled eggs.
  
   mix the lamb with your choice of seasonings (salt, pepper, cardomon,
   thai chili paste and soy sauce worked for me) until smooth.  Evenly
   spread around an entire hard boiled egg.  Deep fry until the lamb is
   dark, and then serve hot with a seasoned tomato sauce.  I know, it’s
   cholesterol city, but it really is pretty good.  Brought to you by cheap
   lamb at the supermarket ($1.50/lb)
