                              LOIS'S MEAT LOAF

    2       lb           Meat loaf mix (Ground Beef,
                         Pork, & Veal)
    1       pk           Onion soup mix
    1 1/2   c            Italian bread crumbs
    2                    Eggs
      3/4   c            Water
    1       t            Salt
    1       t            Garlic powder
      1/2   ts           Pepper
                         Ketchup (optional)
 
   1.  Combine all ingredients in bowl, mixing well.
   
   2.  Spray baking pan with cooking spray to prevent
   sticking.
   
   3.  Shape into loaf; place in pan; spread ketchup over
   top.
   
   4.  Bake 1 hour, *or until done* at 350øF.
