                               Greek Chicken

    3 1/2  pounds        boned and skinned chicken breast halves
      1/2  teaspoon      garlic powder
      1/2  teaspoon      oregano
      1/2  cup           olive oil
    8      ounces        onion -- chopped
    2      teaspoons     seasoned salt
      1/4  teaspoon      whipped margarine
      1/2  teaspoon      coarsely ground pepper
    6                    tomato wedges
 
 Combine garlic powder, oregano, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped onion,
 seasoned salt and salt. Mix thoroughly and pour over chicken breasts. Marinate
 over night.
 
 Melt whipped margarine in frying pan. Add chicken and saute until tenderly
 done and evenly browned. Garnish with coarsely ground black pepper and tomato
 wedges.
