       Title: Peachy Chicken

       Yield: 6 servings
  
       3 lb Chicken, cut up                   1/2 c  Water
       1 c  Whole wheat flour                   8 c  Sliced peaches
       1 c  White wine                          1 c  Chopped walnuts
     1/2 c  Butter                         
  
   Roll chicken in flour; place in baking dish.  Melt together wine, butter,
   and water; pour over chicken.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Add
   peaches and walnuts.  Bake another 1/2 hour to finish.
