          Stir-Fried Chicken and Broccoli with Sun Dried Tomatoes

    3      tablespoons   olive oil
    1 1/4  pounds        skinless, boneles chicken breasts -- in 1 pieces
    2      cups          broccoli florets
    2      cloves        garlic -- minced
    6      oil-packed    sun-dried toamtoes halves -- drained/chopped
    1      teaspoon      Tabasco sauce
      1/4  teaspoon      pepper
 
 In a Wok, heat 1 1/2 T. olive oil over High heat until hot, swirling to coat
 sides of pan. Add chicken and stir-fry until meat is white throughout, but
 still juicy, about 3 minutes. Remove to plate. In same wok, heat remaining 1
 1/2 T. oil over Medium-High heat. Add broccoli and stir fry until
 crisp-tender, 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute longer. Return
 chicken to wok. Add sun-dried tomatoes, hot sauce and pepper. Cook, stirring
 for 1 minute. Serve hot.
