1 pkg fresh whole chicken legs 
 3/4 cup seasoned bread stuffing mix
 3 tbs orange juice
 2 tbs raisins
 2 tbs chopped dried apricots
 1 tbs butter, melted
 cinnamon
 1 tbs apricot or peach preserves
 
 Makes: 3 servings.
 
 Combine orange juice, fruits and butter with stuffing mix, blend until 
 stuffing is thoroughly moistened. Carefully work fingers between the skin 
 and meat of each chicken leg to form a pocket.  Place stuffing under the 
 skin. Arrange stuffed legs in a 9x9 baking dish, sprinkle lightly with 
 cinnamon . Bake uncovered at 375 deg.F for 1 hour. Brush with preserves 
 during the last 10 mins.
