                        Honey Lemon Rosemary Chicken

    6      pieces        whole cut-up chicken
      1/3  c             honey
      1/4  c             lemon juice
    2      tsp           dried rosemary leaves -- crushed
      1/4  tsp           crushed red pepper
 
 Preheat oven to 350°.  Rinse chicken in cold water and pat dry with
 paper towels.  Spray an 11x15x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
 Place chicken in pan.  Combine honey, lemon juice, rosemary and red
 pepper.  Brush half of sauce over chicken.  Bake chicken at 350° for 1
 hour or until done, brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.
