    6      Lb            coarsely ground pork shoulder
    3      Tbsp          and 1 tsp salt
    3      Tsp           Marjoram
    4      Cloves        garlic
    1 1/2  Tsp           ground black pepper
    2 1/2  Cans          water
 
 Mix well and stuff into casings.  
 Tie off at 4 intervals. Can be frozen.
