                            Oysters En Brochette

   30      Large         oysters
   30      Sq.           bacon
    6      Slices        buttered toast
 
 String oysters and bacon alternately on 6 skewers,
 taking care to put skewers through firm part of oysters. Place
 across deep baking pan so that oysters hang down but do not
 touch bottom of pan. Bake in a very hot oven at 475 degrees until
 bacon is crisp, about 5 minutes. Place a skewer on each slice
 of toast and pour juice over. Serves 6.
