                            Quick Oyster Pickup

    1      Can           oysters (fresh or frozen) -- (12 oz.)
    2      C.            oyster liquor and water
    1      Pkg.          cream of leek soup mix -- (1 3/4 oz.)
    1      C.            milk
    1      Tbsp.         chopped parsley
 
 Thaw frozen oysters. Drain oysters, reserving liquor.
 Add oyster liquor and water to soup mix and bring to a boil,
 stirring constantly. Reduce heat, stirring occasionally. Add
 oysters and heat 3 to 5 minutes longer or until edges of
 oysters begin to curl. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 6.
 Note: Approximately 65 calories per serving.
