    1      pound         Backfin crabmeat
    2      tablespoons   Mayonnaise
      1/4  cup           Cracker meal
                         Pinch cayenne pepper
    1      teaspoon      Worcestershire sauce
    1                    Egg -- beaten
                         Garlic to taste
 
 Combine all ingredients and form into small cakes.
