       Title: Baked Fish with Potatoes

       Yield: 8 Servings
       4 lb Filet of fish
       1 ea Green pepper, chopped
       3 ea Garlic cloves, chopped
       3 ea Bay leaves
       1 cn Stewed tomatoes, pureed
       2 lg Onions, chopped
       4 ea Celery stalks, chopped
     1/2 ea Bunch parsley, chopped
         x  Pinch of sugar
       6 ea Potatoes, cut-up
         x  Olive oil
   Saute onions, pepper, celery, garlic, and parsley in olive oil. Add
   blended tomatoes and bay leaves. Cook approximately for 1 hour, add
   sugar. Oil a roasting pan, season the fish with salt and pepper.
   Place fish in pan with cut-up potatoes. Pour sauce over potatoes and
   fish. Bake for approximately 1 hour. Basting every 15 minutes.
