    1 1/2  pound         Shrimp -- med cooked and cut
    3      cup           Rice -- long grain - cooked
                         Pam
      3/4  cup           Sour cream -- low-fat try the
    2      cup           Mushrooms -- sliced fresh
    2      tablespoon    Mayonnaise -- reduced cal or
      1/2  cup           Onion -- chopped
    2      teaspoon      Mustard
      1/2  cup           Green onions -- sliced  and s
    1      cup           Cheese -- shredded 4% less-fa
    3      cup           Garlic -- crushed
    2      tablespoon    Parsley -- fresh chopped
 
 Coat a large non-stick skillet with pam;place over med-high heat till hot.Add
mushrooms,onion,green onion and garlic;--> saute till tender.Set aside.Place the
rice in a 2-qt.casserole coated with pam;place shrimp over rice.Combine sour
cream,mayo,and mustard,spoon over shrimp.Top with mushroom mixture.Sprinkle the
cheddar over the top.Cover and bake in 350 oven for 30 min or til heated
through.Top with the parsley and serve. 245 cals per serving fat.7.0
