       Title: CREOLE SHRIMP

       Yield: 4 servings
  
   1 1/2 c  Chopped onion
     2/3 c  Chopped green bell pepper
     2/3 c  Chopped celery
       4 tb Butter or margarine
       2 lg Cloves garlic,minced
       1 tb Lemon juice
     1/2 tb Worcestershire sauce
       1 tb Cornstarch
     1/2 tb Creole seasoning
       1 lb Cleaned shrimp or crawfish
            -tails
  
   Fresh parsley
   
   Place onion,pepper,celery,butter and garlic in 2 qt. round casserole;
   cover.Stirring midway through cooking,microwave on high 10 minutes or
   until vegetables are transparent. Combine lemon juice,Worcestershire
   sauce,cornstarch and Creole seasoning together.Stir into vegetable
   mixture along with shrimp;cover. Stirring midway through
   cooking;microwave on high 5 1/2 to 6 minutes or until shrimp are
   opaque.Garnish with parsley.Serve over hot,fluffy rice or buttered
   noodles.Makes 4 servings.
