       Title: HSIN-MIN SHRIMP

       Yield: 4 servings
  
       1 lb Shrimp, raw
     1/2 c  Soy sauce
     1/2 c  Sherry
       1 tb Lemon juice
       1 ea Garlic clove, crushed
     1/4 c  Peanut oil
  
   Peel and devein shrimp. Mix ingredients well, pour
   over shrimp and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
   Remove shrimp and broil about 2 minutes each side.
