       Title: Shrimp & Scallop Kabobs
  Categories: Seafood, Main dish
       Yield: 6 servings
  
       1 lb Large Raw Shrimp
     1/2 c  Vegetable Oil
     1/4 c  Soy Sauce
       2 tb Crystallized Ginger, chopped
       1 ts Onion Powder
       2 sm Zucchini, Sliced
       1 lb Sea Scallops, Cut In Half
     1/4 c  Lemon Juice
       2    Cloves Garlic, minced
      16 oz Pineapple Chunks
  
   Peel and devein shrimp.  Drain pineapple chunks and reserve liquid.
   
   In medium bowl, combine oil, pineapple juice,  lemon juice, soy sauce,
 garlic, ginger
   and onion powder; mix well.  Add shrimp and scallops.  Cover;
   refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.  Place shrimp, scallops, pineapple
   and zucchini on bamboo skewers that have soaked 1 hour in water or on
   metal skewers. Grill or broil 3 to 6 minutes per side or until shrimp
   are pink, basting frequently with marinade.
