   1 1/2         pounds  veal -- sliced 1/4 thick
      1/2           cup  flour
                         salt and pepper
   2        tablespoons  butter
   2        tablespoons  olive oil
   2        tablespoons  butter
      1/2         pound  fresh mushrooms -- sliced
   1              small  onion -- finely chopped
   1              clove  garlic -- crushed
   2        tablespoons  chopped parsley
      1/2      teaspoon  basil
      1/2           cup  tomatoes -- skinned, seeded, and diced
   2        tablespoons  parmesan cheese
 
 Pound veal to 1/8 thick. Dredge in seasoned flour. In medium skillet,
 saute veal in butter and olive oil combination. Remove veal and place
 in casserole dish. Add 2 tablespoons butter to skillet. Saute
 mushrooms, onions, and garlic for 3 minutes. Add rest of ingredients
 and blend. Cover and bake at 325ºF for 45 minutes.
