                         Hand Crank Machine:
    1      cup           semolina flour -- durum
    1      teaspoon      dried cilantro -- optional
                         OR 1 Tb fresh chopped -- optional
      1/4  teaspoon      cayenne
      1/4  teaspoon      onion powder
    1                    egg
    1      tablespoon    olive oil -- optional
    1      to 2 Tb       water -- as needed
                         Electric Extruder:
    1 1/4  cups          semolina flour -- durum
    1      teaspoon      cilantro, dried -- optional
      1/3  teaspoon      cayenne
      1/3  teaspoon      onion powder
    1                    egg
    1      tablespoon    olive oil -- optional
    1      to 2 Tb       water -- as needed
 
 Follow whatever method you normally use to mix and knead your dough.
 Ingredients are given for Manual or Electric Machine.

 NOTES : Very good with a Mexican Style sauce or salsa.  Use Cayenne
