                             EASY BOBOLI PIZZA

    1                    (10-inch) boboli
                         -OR- flat bread
    1       c            Spaghetti or pizza sauce
    2       c            Sliced mushrooms or onions
                         -or- green peppers
                         -or- olives
    1       c            Shredded low fat cheese
                         -(cheddar, jack,
                         -or mozzarella cheese)
 
   Preheat electric oven to 400  F.  Place bread on a
   baking sheet; spread with sauce.  Top with choice of
   vegetables and cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or
   until cheese is melted and is golden brown.  Makes 6
   servings.
