       Title: Low Fat Pizza Dough

       Yield: 1 servings
  
   1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
       2 c  Bread flour; or all purpose
     1/4 c  Wheat bran; or oat bran
     3/4 ts Salt
       2 tb Prunes; *note
     3/4 c  Water
       1 tb Yellow cornmeal
            Add more water; t at a
            -time, as

        *NOTE  minced, pour boiling water to soften, drain
   
        Place ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer’s
        directions.  Process on Dough Cycle.  Preheat oven to 450 deg F.
        Remove dough from machine at end of cycle and divide in two.
        Roll two 10 inch circles on floured board and place on baking
        sheets dusted with cornmeal.  Bake 20 minutes or until browned.
