    4                    italian plum tomatoes -- diced
      1/2  cup           feta cheese -- crumbled
    1      cup           mozzarella cheese -- optional
                         oregano, basil or mint to taste
 
 Brush dough lightly with olive oil, layer tomatoes and cheese on top and
 seasom the herbs.
