       Title: BEEF PASTRY POCKETS

       Yield: 8 servings
  
     3/4 lb Ground beef, browned,
            Drained and cooled
   1 1/2 c  Shredded cheddar cheese
     3/4 c  Cottage cheese
       2    Eggs, lightly beaten
     1/2 ts Pepper
       1 ct Frozen puff pastry, thawed
            And cut into 5 squares
  
   Combine filling ingredients. In center of squares, put
   a heaping 1/3 cupful of filling; moisten edges of
   pastry with water, fold over to form triangles; press
   with fork to seal.
   
   Bake at 400F. aabout 20 minutes or until golden brown.
