   15      Ounces        Ground Beef, Extra Lean
    3      Tablespoons   Onion -- Chopped
    3      Tablespoons   Green Bell Peppers -- Chopped
    6      Ounces        Tomato Paste
    1      Tablespoon    Horseradish
    1      Tablespoon    Worcestershire Sauce
    1      Tablespoon    Sugar
           Dash          Garlic Powder
      1/2  Cup           Water
 
 In large non-stick skillet, saute beef onion and pepper, breaking up
 beef with spatula.  Cook until meat is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
 Drain any excess fat.  Add remaining ingredients and 1/2 cup water and
 stir to combine; heat through.
